Action Α4. Revised feasibility study on the use of reed biomass as soil-conditioner and fodder

The aims of this study were to assess

(a) the results of the pilot/ experimental addition of the use of reed biomass as soil conditioner in the local cultivation of beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) and

(β) the results of the assessment of quality characteristics of reed, for use as fodder.

Based on these assessment, proposal of the use of reed biomass, extracted through the future management of the wetland are provided
