The first session for children aged 12-16 in the environmental education programme was carried out on 27th May. The aim of the cycling expedition was for the children to discover the forest surrounding the lake guided by their senses and their cameras. The young explorers started their excursion from the Public Library of Laimos and pedaled their way through the interesting nature bursting in spring to the Aghios Germanos river mouth. There, despite the unexpected rain that did not seem to discourage anyone, the children participated in discussions, exploration and photo shooting!
